Description

The Dempack™ H20 is a one-step combination seal / shrink machine for moderate production quantities for a wide variety of industries. The H20 operates with a shrink hood instead of a tunnel. The hood is closed by an electronic hold-down magnet during the film sealing and heat-shrink wrapping operations.

The control panel interface is a touch panel with alphanumeric LCD display. This provides the operator with simple yet precise control of all machine operations, such as sealing temperature, shrink time and temperature for use with a wide variety of films including delicate films. Machine status and trouble shooting capability are available from the display. Several pre-programmed modes are available including seal only, seal and shrink and seal, cool and shrink. The design provides for single maintenance and quiet operation.

The seal elements are Teflon coated and continuously cooled for maximum duty cycle and quality trim seals. The work table height is easily adjusted by placing the grid on the desired notches. The film separator and film cradle are mobile and individually adjustable for accurate positioning to match package size. The lid is held down in the operating position by an electromagnet freeing the operator for other functions and automatically released at cycle end. No special tool or custom installation is required.

Because of its compatibility with most shrink films, and its space-saving size, the H20 makes this the ideal choice for most shrink applications.

Manufacturers Warranty: This PAC machine is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years (single shift operation), under proper use and maintenance, beginning from the date of shipment. PAC will furnish replacement parts free of charge except for consumable items that are subject to normal wear and tear while using the machine, which are not covered under this warranty. Replacement parts subject to warranty should be ordered and failed parts returned as outlined below. Labor charges incurred for replacement or repair of such parts by the purchaser are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies to original purchaser only. Warranty is limited to repair of the machine and replacement of defective parts. PAC or Spiral shall not be responsible for any general, special and /or consequential damages to a purchaser resulting from defective machine or defective parts.
